java exception

Hi

I just bought TT this morning and installed it (Windows xp SP3)

Unfortunately when launching the process stops with the message:

Java exception=

java.lang.NullPointerException
at com.taggtool.security.TGSecurityManager.<init>(TGSecurityManager.java:66)
at com.taggtool.security.TGSecurityManager.<init>(TGSecurityManager.java:31)
at com.taggtool.Tagg.<init>(Tagg.java:600)
at com.taggtool.Tagg.main(Tagg.java:216)


it is not possible to go through ; I did uninstall then install one more time.

and the screen 'TT' displays in the middle of the monitor without any way to remove it, "database ready"

Ctrl-Alt-Del founds no application which could be forced to stop.

Hi, sorry to hear of the problem. It appears to be failing to access the file structure under your user profile i.e. C:\Documents and Settings\[your user]\My Documents\Tagg

Could you check to see if this directory exists? If it does, is there an error.log file in there? If so please email it to support@taggtool.com.
